Digital product
Mjolnir STL sells personalized digital STL files for 3D printing. No physical product is produced, shipped, or delivered.
Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, your personalized STL package is generated automatically and delivered to the email address you provided as a secure download link. Delivery may take a few minutes.
Download link expiry
Download links are time-limited. If your link expires before you download your files, please contact our support team and we will issue a new link free of charge.
Refunds
Because this is a personalized digital product created specifically for you, refunds are generally not possible once generation has started. If your files cannot be delivered or are defective, please contact support and we will resolve the issue, including a refund where appropriate.
Personal use
The purchased STL files are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print the model for yourself or as a gift. Reselling, redistributing, or publishing the digital files is not permitted.
Payments
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
Commercial use
With a commercial license you may print and sell the hammers you produce. You can generate fresh printing files anytime on the Reprint page using your license token — there is no limit on reprints. Reselling, redistributing, or publishing the digital STL files themselves is not permitted under either license. Each commercial sale of a printed hammer is covered by your license; you do not need to buy a new license for every print.
